Summer business

This post is all about businesses for summer done by students who are on a school break.  This will not include the traditional babysitting and house sitting normally done by students throughout the year.  Until the end of January and sometimes even up to mid-February are vacation times for students.

Gardening is one business very good around this time.  The weather is just right for planting and growing vegetables, fruits and flowering plants.  The various fruit orchards are also in need of fruit pickers around this time of the year, or starting this coming month (strawberries, cherries, blueberries, blackberries, apples, grapes, and many others).  This good weather condition is also conducive for the lawn mowing business since the grass grows faster and fuller around his time of the year.
